Current Employee My manager is very supportive of me, but the company leadership does not invest in us or the product itself (purely cosmetic). There has been a steady decline in company performance over the last several years, and we haven't adjusted to the market well. The company is very reactive and is falling behind. Commission structure consistently changes, and opportunities for advancement are difficult and often dependent on team performance rather than individual success.
