When I first started working there I adored it. Best job I'd ever had. Culture was great, teams were great... the product was cared about and they were working on getting it better. Somewhere towards the end some leadership changes happened and the company got greedy. Consistently raising pricing without any change in product or what the vendors would get - when most weren't happy with results already... the culture disappeared, it became work harder if you want to make more, culture... specifically when asked about a raise in base pay.

Leadership has completely turned over in the last year and TKWW has moved from a people-first company to completely revenue-driven with little regard for work-life balance and mental health. Policies and business processes change on a whim with little training or information. The base salary is FAR below the national standard for the account executives and sales...Read More

I loved working for this company, they just don’t pay. They know they have a high turnover because of it and are OK with that because of the brand name and eagerness for reps to work for them. Great stepping stone in sales though!
