There's been a lack of product innovation, which is frustrating given the talent we have available. I do well enough and am happy with my base + comp, but I know I could make more elsewhere.

Former Employee1.1Oct 18, 2023My overall experience was terrible. 14 of the 15 people in my start class were gone after 1 year. Management does not care about you even though they pretend to. Nobody hits quota and the only ones who do have been there 5+ years. They have also been accused of major fraud. All around bad experience.

Current Employee2.6Aug 13, 2024overall its a decent place to work - base comp is embarrassingly low and not competitive at all - and commission structure changes often so don't really know what you can expect to make. a lot of changes going on in upper management so feels a bit uneasy currently.
