Current Employee The people at TKWW were truly great — collaborative, supportive, and fun to work with. The company also put a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion, which was genuinely reflected in the culture.
That said, as a sales organization, there were some major challenges. The base pay was well below market average, and quotas were often unattainable for the majority of reps. While commissions were technically uncapped, very few people were consistently hitting quota, which made strong earnings hard to come by.
If compensation is a top priority, it may not be the best long-term fit. But if you're looking for a great team culture and care more about experience than income, it can be a solid stepping stone.
