Major changes this year in upper leadership, a complete system overhaul that constantly breaks, unattainable quotas and no operations support have left a volatile environment where veteran reps are leaving for better positions with a higher base elsewhere. Training has severely suffered this year leaving new hires unable to ramp and keep their job more than 3 months.

2020-2023 you could make really good money here. They constantly changed the structure post 2023 and started not paying any commission unless you hit a specific percentage to goal. Their accelerators are amazing if you reach them. Benefits are also bomb. Leadership is BAD. They had something really amazing around that 2019-2023 window and got greedy and are driving...Read More

The workload is manageable, but the product-market fit is subpar. They are essentially a yellow book listing for wedding vendors. Most leads coming in are very new to the wedding industry. They keep raising quota without improving the product
