Current Employee My overall experience with this company has been terrible. have been with the company for close to 4 years now and have worked in different teams within the organisation.
The experience in the commercial team has been horrible at best, a very toxic culture that is instilled from executive leadership down, much of the time is spent towards political infighting and ego massaging of senior executives, with little to no attention to the actual work or what the clients need. No stranger to working within the tech industry and aware of how things are and goes around in SaaS sales but the experience at this company has unfortunately been horrendous despite the company having a good reputation in the market but this will soon catch up and worried that by then it will be too late.
The company has already started seeing good talent leave for better opportunities and working culture elsewhere (even at lower compensation packages) which is a red flag.
