I would say it's quite challenging if you don't come from a configuration and/or visualization background.

Near impossible. As of January, only one AE in the history of the company hit annual quota. And he only did it one time. The SDRs skew the numbers on repvue as everyone is interested in learning more about visual commerce/AR... so they hit quota. But AEs do not. Threekit bribes with high base, but dont expect much if any commissions, the average AE doesn't exceed 30% to quota. Hope this helps.
