Good for entry level door to door sales training but expect to be financially stressed from a 100% commission role. Custom clothing is not in demand enough to sell enough of it to make a decent living. The company doesn't do any marketing to generate interest so demand generation falls on the sales reps which makes no sense. Demand gen and selling are two totally different jobs and both are essential for a company's success.

Tom James is a rewarding, but extremely hard job. The first 3 months consist of mostly online training with 2 days a week in the field. After 3 months you are let loose. You are responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to client/account management, you do everything.
