Loved the people I worked with but v v poorly organised in terms of the tech they use, everything is manual, supposed to source ur own leads, people barely hit quota or get close to it, not enough mentoring and definitely no opportunities to get promoted. only take this job if u have no alternatives but cool people to work with, everyone’s rly friendly

Great internal culture and local leadership. Quotas are unattainable and demotivating because they are impossible to reach. Great position if you want stability, work-life balance, and great coworkers. Just not comparable to tech sales.
