TQL is a well known company and has a great training program. That being said, finding new leads is difficult due to how many customers they have and how many prospects no longer want to hear from them due to the shear number of calls and emails they have received over the years. Also they have a very strict non-compete where you will have to sit out of the industry should you ever leave, much different than the industry standard non-solicit most brokerages have. For that reason alone I wouldn't advise anyone work here.
