Zero guidance and favoritism towards in house reps.. it is just all too obvious. They treat the company like a boiler room and pressure sell every client.
I would say this company is on a very downward trend. They were looking to 4x the org in 2022 when I joined. They got to maybe 2x before laying off a quarter of the company October 2022. Since then I have seen countless colleagues be cut. The blame should be placed heavily on CEO, David Lokshin. A young bright CEO, but has zero empathy, very little experience (which shows in his gross over hiring) and literally understands nothing about the industry we are marketing towards.
If they ever start hiring again, sales people... RUN! Trust me.... RUN!
