Sales leadership feels out of touch and lacks emotional intelligence. A culture of nitpicking and finger-pointing is prevalent within the sales hierarchy.

I was there during the acquisition period so things were a little hectic, management was changing and product itself too. Hopefully things are better now.

Worst sales org I have ever, EVER, worked for. Chris thinks he is Gods gift to Sales, and he is quite literally the worst sales leader I have ever seen.

The product is great however there's little to no growth opportunities. Tough challenge with the ever changing product terms/fees but great learning opportunity. People are nice, benefits are pretty good.
