Great company, great services and products. Corporate culture is reminiscent of a used car sales lot, where everyone is a shark and doesn't respect boundaries. TransPerfect operates on a contact-based lead system, so even if you're working with a major enterprise company, another rep can contact them, if they reach out to a different person on the team.

Underwhelming. Success mostly depends on which manager you have, and what vertical you operate under. At entry-level commission package is very difficult to accelerate earnings.
