Former Employee I was a young entry level rep and was given little to no formalized training on the legal services landscape. This was a hunter role reporting up to a Director of Business Development who was on a draw. The one year I spent there was base salary only with the opportunity to get promoted to Account Executive and earn commission. Colleagues were fun people and boss was very intelligent but could have used more guidance as a fresh college graduate.
