Former Employee TriMech is a good company fighting to survive private equity stakeholders, but rapidly changing under those constraints. It was clear the glory days were when it was still held in private ownership, but many of the 10+ year reps/managers are starting to dwindle under the new leadership. Much of the good practices have remained, like training and onboarding. This company believes in training. In sales you'll do roleplays with other reps and managers and I found it helpful. Generally, everyone was pleasant to work with. Great customer success team and the SE's were usually very helpful. It was clear some departments were understaffed and you could sense a little hostility in those areas, but I never blamed the people for being a bit swamped. It wasn't their fault. This is a good company to get your foot in the door in tech sales, but don't expect to break any income records. The pay is not great, but they'll hire all walks of life and that's a real bonus in an environment that wants 3-15 years of experience. Grateful for the opportunity here and grateful to move on.
