Extremely inexperienced management team with poor leadership and communication skills. Most don't even have business degrees or any sort of sales background. Management is also full of hypocrisies creating an incredibly difficult and unhealthy work environment. There is very little communication amongst departments. Micro-management is high while support and motivation is dismal. The sales goals are completely unattainable. There are no account executives that will come remotely close to hitting OTE in 2023. I cannot recommend this company.

Could be a great company to work for but for terrible leadership. Exec team is so far out of their depth and only fill management positions with people with zero experience so they can have their team of yes-people. CRO is a toxic nightmare and absolutely terrible in that role.

Too many red flags to count, but the most recent is likely the most relevant to anyone considering working here. The comp plans for the entire sales org was cut drastically and reps have been getting quietly let go on an almost weekly basis.
