This is a BPO company so they are always closing/ sunsetting other deparments, they don't spend enough time recruiter the managers they choose and their trainings were far off from what was required in the role.

The company had a very strong solution set and was entrenched in a few large verticals. Their weakness lied in senior management. There were multiple organizational realignments and changes to my compensation plan.
