Current Employee Please avoid this company at any costs. As a 8 year employee, this company has been run into the ground by an outdated BPO structure that focuses on lining company pockets rather than being a partner with their sales staff. They will offer you raises, promotions, and commissions that either are incredibly late or never arrive. Also, the company reputation is terrible, so even if you progress in your career, other companies will steer clear if you get an interview. Look at the share price drop over the last 5 years.
That being said, good stepping stone on how to do the job especially for young leaders.
