Unless you are a ruthless prospector and have 5+ years of selling software to Manufactures.. you may want pause before applying. They will not train you and the base pay / commission is very low compared to other companies. If you want a great review of the current state of Tulip sales culture, I recommend looking at recent Glassdoor Reiviews from this past summer for cross reference. In terms of software, it’s a great product, you will work with incredibly smart individuals and solve real world issues. Maybe give it a year or two for Tulip to mature. I hope they work through the current situation.

It is a highly niche market where Tulip fits. They are for discrete manufacturers, who have highly complicated problems they need to fix. If they already invested in S4Hana or a similar system then they are $1M plus in that investment.
