My overall experience was positive in so far as the people are extremely friendly and helpful. There is a feedback loop issue. The product development team does not have the resources available to respond to customer needs and thus results in opportunity evaporation. The people is sales support are some of the best I've ever worked with. Hopefully the changes in sales leadership will lead to better results.

The company continues to go through leadership changes and under-invest in product and marketing. Tungsten Automation is no longer a stand out in an uncrowded field. Agentic AI has changed the game and Tungsten has yet to change with it.
