This is not a true sales job. The cultural anarchy causes cliques. Leadership is fear-based because they have no management skills and zero budget for team events or spiffs, even though their compensation and bonuses increase YoY. We’re told that we hit ATH in revenue across the org every quarter and can’t even afford a pizza party for reps. The name is not worth it. Uber has good sales teams, but avoid Uber for Business.

U4B leadership and culture has improved over the last year. Roles are more clearly defined and teams and pulling in the same direction. Overall a good sales org that is continuing to grow and refine. Very ambitious growth goals and an exciting time to be a part of the org.
