Good first job out of college. Attrition of customers is high causing for a stressful book to manage. Reviews of company are a constant objection to sell around.

The role was less than what was promised. Constant turnover within the company. Creating call lists with no CRM system leads to unorganized chaos. Place is a sweat shop. Be prepared to work 60-85 hours a week minimum. Average person quits or is fired within 6 months. If you are looking for a job, be patient. There are much better jobs out there.

Good first job out of college. Teaches you a lot of sales skills. It is a grind, deal with a ton of hurdles to set appointments and close net new business.
