Great product and a passionate team, very poor executive leadership that do not operate or structure the business and their organisations like an enterprise grade software business - every year there is a significant restructure and entirely new operating model - the saving grace is that the core product has a monopoly

The Industry division is a wreck. The leadership is clueless about the product and Go To Market strategy. The Sales leadership is not interested in motivating the sellers and are keen on saving their jobs. The compensation structure has been moderated in 2025, which does not help.
