Difficult business to get in for year one, there is a lot of investing. The bonus structures are nice and can set you up with a base salary moving forward, if you can hit them. If you are willing to stick it out and get into leadership, the earning potential is unlimited.

In the beginning the business was amazing. Over the last couple years after we merged with UHC everything has gone down hill. Product is no longer what it used to be
