The company had good support for Account Executives for the first few years I worked there. Then they completely got rid of the Outbound Sales Development team almost two years ago. They then started hiring more Account Executives and ultimately arriving at a ratio of Inbound support versus quota requirements that made the job for Account Executives almost impossible to excel. On the other hand, my development as a Sales Leader was supported greatly by the amazing mentors that I had within the company and the training programs they provided me.

This company has numerous internal challenges. The ‘leadership’ is nothing but cheerleaders who offer zero coaching or development rather they cheer and constantly ask for more.
