Great company for the most part but has gone seriously downhill in the last ~2 years. Management quite literally slowly moving money from the producers' pockets into the company's, presumably as prescribed by the company's PE owner.

My overall experience was that Vaco had a good market for their services however the training and development side of things was lackluster and there weren't many touchpoints with leadership to initial continual training/education. The Culture and employee base was fantastic though!
