Former Employee Great benefits, good products, poor leadership. The base pay and OTE were competitive and the benefits like company car, 6% match, and PPO health were excellent. The products were good and newer ones have come out since I left. Leadership was the biggest let down. My director was not sales savvy, couldn’t lead by example, and was more of a liability than an asset when it came to customer facing events.
