Good experience overall, but new leadership has led to negative culture changes across the entire org. A new culture of micromanagement and fear has arisen, tied to new performance metrics. Dozens of people have also been laid off recently, exacerbating those fears and concerns.

poor upper management, where product marketing, and inbound leads are too low, and then expectations from the upper management team is high and not realistic. There is no space of growth also people will stay in there positions for more than 10 - 15 years
