Awesome financially stable company with a competitive product suite that services the construction ERP space. The VP and Directors are all super helpful in coaching and doing 1v1 and the training resources available are helpful as well. The company does incentives frequently each quarter to boost potential earnings. Though the base pay is lower than other orgs for similar roles, the ability to earn commission is attainable.

It's a rollercoaster ride at Trimble. So many changes have taken place under the new leadership. Commission rates nearly cut in half, and territories were created with horrible data. When brought up to leadership they did nothing. Low base pay, with low commission rate along with small territories.. Not sure what they're doing..
