People are awesome, but the products we are tasked with selling do not live up to the hype of marketing, or even the desires of the market.

Good products for the market. Some good employees with a long history in market. Income can be good but you have to be on the right team to get it. Very unbalanced. So many changes have taken place under the new leadership. Commission rates nearly cut in half, and territories were created with horrible data. When brought up to leadership they did nothing. Low base pay, with low commission rate along with small territories.. Not sure what they're doing..
