Current Employee Great company, but the base pay is hourly, so it can be off-putting for people who are used to B2B sales. The training is extensive, 6 weeks in total, and covers all aspects of the business. Some of the training is a bit scattered at times, mostly because of the volume of training.
If you like being on the phones, this is a cool job, but if you don't want to be tied to your desk, look elsewhere.
