SDRs are not really valued. Upward mobility is limited. Not much professional development either and quite underpaid compared to market standards.

The culture has changed in a negative way since the reorganized and hired a new CRO. There is less leadership support for AEs and the goals are outsized compared to top of the funnel lead gen.
