Former Employee The CEO cannot see past his ego. In order to compete with Epic, they threw together this offering that no one wanted much less needed. Poorly planned and a knee jerk response. When things begin to not look promising, they slash roles and bring in different people for much less cost and of course less experience. This has been done at a minimum of 3 times. There is zero onboarding. Enablement is nonexistent and even if the CEO goes to a show and you are pressed to get folks for him to meet, he doesn’t meet them and misses actual opportunities to grow his crumbling business. To put it lightly, I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to work there. Well, maybe I would. It was a paycheck. And an experience I hope to never repeat.
