Company recently experienced a black swan event and have done nothing to address the changes. It seems like it's rare to hit quota these days for closers. They'll hike up quotas and won't increase OTE.

There are many people here trying to do good work, but it's virtually impossible due to the internal structure. Constantly changing quota and processes. Feedback from sales teams is consistently ignored. Monthly quotas mean there is no possible way to take time off comfortably. Director level leadership and above is inexperienced and dismissive of feedback provided....Read More

WP Engine is your grandmas tech company. They don't innovate, have a bloated team and suck the life out of existing clients (to a point where they get angry). No outbound new business team either, everything is inbound or existing customers
