My experience was really good in the beginning but they showed their true colors in 2023. Some of the best leaders I've worked for retired and were replaced with extremely poor leaders. The CEO has Vision but lacks and execution and most of the national account team are extremely weak sellers.

Wanzl is a great company to work for. They focus on work life balance and your well being. There are some people in positions they aren't equipped for suited for in leadership, but otherwise its great.
