Good company. Great team. Incredibly long sales cycle, very volatile/competitive market. WM has some billing practices , charge extra's that can make winning business difficult. Burned lots of previous customers in my territory

My overall experience has been average. Lack of any inbound leads. The compensation structure is designed such that your losses impact any new business you make and hence negatively impacts your compensation.
