Current Employee It is a solid company with a great set of values and culture. The sales team operates separately and takes the brunt of criticism as the org missed targets. The dev team is slow to release updates/features, marketing lead targeting, and lead distribution need improvement, and the sales process cannibalizes AE's to make more money. Ok job for entry-level, but be prepared to feel the pressure. Most reps don't hit targets for a myriad of reasons.
