This role is demanding and comes with long hours and hundred of miles driven daily. The work/life balance doesn't exist. The money is good if you are getting good leads, appointments are set for us so we have no say in where we go or how good the lead is, it can be very frustrating and exhausting.

My overall experience was challenging. I excelled in my position and was promoted multiple times. Each promotion was basically a pay cut with double stress.

Success weighs highly on territory. Great commission structure if you do well but a very low base salary and no reimbursement for mileage when you do A LOT of driving. No work life balance either so don't plan on having free time on evenings or Saturdays.
