Pay is high but it needs to be for what your put through. Lots of driving, same day sets, they have made recent changes with the hope to increase work life balance, and while it was a small change it’s encouraging to see them try. But then at the end of the day quickly reminded your just a replaceable number with pips and coaching plans. I make plenty of money to deal with the crap. All sales jobs have negatives, at least I make a lot to deal with it.

My overall experience was challenging. I excelled in my position and was promoted multiple times. Each promotion was basically a pay cut with double stress.
