Great people, great product but not-so-great new upper management. Low wages and laughable commissions far below industry standards. They prefer to hire outside the US so they can pay lower wages too.

Amazing culture. Very warm and empathetic. Nice industry to dial in if you’re an experienced cold caller. Product seems more for SMB so need volume of deals to make good commissions.

Lots of opportunity for growth and uncapped commission. The culture focuses highly on DEI and inclusion. As with any sales role it takes some time to ramp but they have ramp commission in place. Product is a great market fit and the team is constantly innovating to roll out new features for current and future clients.

My overall experience here has been awful. Leadership is incompetent, they clearly do not know how to run a successful rev ops team. Base pay is the lowest I’ve ever seen in SaaS and the comp structure is equally stingy.
