Current Employee Management is very verbally abusive even though I was a top rep in my office. I’m the fifth person to leave because of management. Hours are super long and you will always be working. I made pretty decent money but not enough to put up with being sworn and screamed at every week. 60 plus hour work weeks and when you’re off, you’re not really off.
