You can make good money but there is no structure within leadership. A lot of inconsistency between marketers and sales rep. Directors don’t do anything to try and improve it.

The culture of your team will be highly determined by the management. You will make over 200k here if you are a good sales representative, and even in a bad year, you can make over 150k. A good rep on a good year should make over 260k to 305k. Good reps in a great location for leads will make over 300k every year.
