Xello is a great place to work. The leadership team here is very involved and even though the company has 250+ employees, C suite is very involved and spends time with front line employees. Although the comp package isn't the highest when it comes to EdTech, there are other perks that make it an attractive place to work. PTO, benefits, Pat leave, etc.

Sales organization poorly run by biased management who micromanage and lead with fear vs. motivation and competence. Sales cycles incredibly long and the education sector is a really tough sell. Experienced Sales Reps will feel boxed and treated like Jr. Sales Reps.
