Former Employee Niche Company that tried expanding into other areas but failed. The majority reps don't last long, there are a few solid long tenured reps but most don't last a year. Decent Comp Plan if it were a better company, very emotional owner with constant mood swings. If You're doing well where you're at don't come here.
