Current Employee2.9Feb 3, 2025Terrible leadership from top to bottom. Always reactive instead of proactive. Changes the entire sales teams book of business almost every quarter. I had 4 different managers in 2024. Constantly changing commission payout. I don’t know if that is even legal.
