Current Employee The product market fit is great at Xometry and the demand for what we are doing is high. The managers are great people as well and it is not a crazy amount of work. That being said, there have been multiple months in the past year where 5 reps or less have hit quota out of nearly 35. The payout is significantly less than the "average" that was told during the interview process. Accounts that you have built up get passed along to the AE teams above you. It is essentially outbound work with an inbound quota that no one addresses.
