My overall experience was a mixed bag. The platform/solution fits what companies are looking to implement in therms of improving CX and automation, but the leadership and support teams are lacking. The culture is eroding and leadership has no clear direction. There’s is potential in the market but unless there are changes in leadership, the company will continue to lose competitive opportunities.

Loved the product. However when it comes to support from Manager there were lot of discrimination. Existing employees were getting more favour than new ones.
