Former Employee Zero onboarding, just pushed to start demoing within weeks of start with constant criticism for not understanding things right away.
I've never been pushed so hard and micro-managed so deeply to achieve so little. They say they want experienced candidates yet disregard your ideas and force you to parrot old talking points and strategies that haven’t worked in years.
Experienced external hire AE’s churn quickly, there’s a long line of failed attempts to build a sales team with the AE’s achieving no success and leaving less than a year after they start.
Priorities are simply decided at the whim of middle leadership who feel it appropriate to have calls with your prospects without telling you and promising things for you to turn around next day while you’re on PTO. Every pitch deck and demo gets ripped apart at the 11th hour, you can never prepare or rehearse because you’re adding pointless slides and examples to appease your boss that the client could care less about.
A literal nightmare to work here. I’ve missed family vacations and anniversaries to do onsite travel despite blocking my calendar and made to feel selfish for pointing it out. A broken company. Browse Other Reviews
