Current Employee Inbound provided a solid number of SQLs every month however quota was always too high as nobody hit for the year plus I was at the company.
Upward mobility is quite limited. One inbound SDR had been in role for over 3 years. Myself and a colleague who joined at the same time were in the role for nearly 2 years without a path toward a promotion.
