Former Employee All they talk about is what Iron Mountain is doing. Their #1 goal is to hire people from Iron Mountain and carry them around like trophies. Sitting in a company meeting having to listen to an enterprise rep talk about a recent win and he's bragging about how much he jacked up this new customers rates. I asked a practical question, "what if they decide to shop this" and the leadership table all jumped up and said, "with who?" So you priced this new customer at over 40% higher than you should of because they had no other choice? Nice integrity from the leadership team. As far as security, that's a joke. Dock doors open at all hours, they prop open doors and risk mitigation efforts is almost nonexistent. Customers who are currently vended beware. If they offer you a PW reimbursement, you will be financing new racking (materials, labor, etc.) through your inflated storage and service rates. Unethical company!
